”One thing that I hate in my life is tobacco, I can’t stand smoke.
When I was a child I received an education which made me conscious about the disadvantages of smoking and I’m really conscious of this.
I’m a healthy boy, I practice sports and I like doing sport, this is one reason why I don’t smoke, in my opinion smoking is bad because it is unhealthy and you get addicted to smoke. I don’t have any interest in tasting tobacco.”

I agree with Aleix ! Tobacco is very bad to the health because can cause lung cancer, bad breathe and it’s not good for your healthy. I like my body. I practice sports and I have a conscious mind! When you start smoking you became dependent from the tobacco, and I love my independence so that’s why I don’t smoke.

Brazil’s carnival is very famous. Is more a competition than a holiday. In this competition some samba’s schools presents a spectacle of colors, music, singing and dancing. There are people wearing different fantasies, a samba band in the front of the school and big allegorical cars. These schools are judge and the jury decides which of them is the best on that year. Every school has it own theme, which changes every year. Everybody watches that spectacle, on TV or in the ‘’ sambódromo’’ (the place where happened this competition).

In the weekend, I travel with my uncles and my sister to my other uncle’s (Ivo) house that is in a city called Campos do Jordão. My uncle works at the SENAC hotel. We stayed at Ivo’s place. The Saturday, we visited the city. It is a very beautiful city; the houses had a German or Suisse style. It is a very touristy city, I saw people from so many different nationalities like Japanese, American, etc.

The stores are mostly of winter clothes and chocolate. My family and I rent a quadricycle and we took some muddy tracks. We weren’t very clean at the end!!! The night we saw some movies that my uncle rent…. they were very good!!! The day after we visit another part of the city. The Sunday morning we came back to Sao Paulo!!! And the three days until the end of the carnival holidays I stayed at my aunt’s house. The only thing that I’ve done was homework for school and some reading.

My name is Maëla and I’m 15 years old. I was born on January 3rd in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I study at the Lycee Pasteur. I’m quite tall; I have got wavy and blond hair, and blue eyes. I have one sister, her name is Kristell.

I am a happy and sensitive person. I think that my friends have confidence in me, and that they can count on me for anything.

In my pastime, I’m keen on dancing (classic ballet), playing violin, listening to music (dance, pop…), drawing (anything that came in my head), hanging out with my friends, playing with my dog (Elise, she’s a schnauzer), watching films (I prefer the comedies, suspense and romantics), reading (all kind of books, but mostly love and murder stories) and chatting with my friends.

I hate jealousy and envy, because I think that everybody is what it is and no one is better than no one.

I’m fond of all kind of food but I prefer Japanese and Chinese food. My favourite place is the place that I can be with everybody that I like.
